3Q Global Consulting (hereinafter “3Q” or the “Company”) is committed towards protecting the privacy of any and all individuals who visit our website www.3qglobal.com (“Visitor”, or “Visitors”) , as well as any and all individuals who register or purchase professional services (“Customers”, or “Customer”), including but not limited to Zoho suite of products Implementation, Business Process Consulting, Workflow Automation, Web Development, Digital Marketing and Application Development. This policy describes in detail the privacy practices that the Company implements in its use of its own websites and related applications with regards to 3Q Gobal’s professional services and products (technological consultation, product support services, maintenance services, Zoho suite of products Support and/or Implementation Plans, etc.), along with computer software and directly related materials relevant for operation of said software, including source documentation, manuals, and other information acquired in conjunction with, and necessary for, the professional services provided by 3Q Gobal to Customers, as provided by the Company, in conjunction with its websites and personal data usage.

Specific Information Collected.
When Visitors and/or Customers inquire about 3Q Gobal’s professional services and/or products via the Company’s website(s), 3Q Gobal requires that Visitors and/or Customers provide the Company with personal contact information, to include name, company name, phone number and email address (“Required Contact Information”). If Visitors and/or Customers want to purchase the Company’s professional services and/or products via the 3Q Gobal’s website(s), 3Q Gobal may require Visitors and/or Customers to provide the Company with billing information, to potentially include billing name and address, credit card number and the number of employees within the organization that will be using the professional services and/or products of 3Q Gobal (“Billing Information”). 3Q Gobal may request additional information via their website(s) in the form of company-specific data, specifically employee count, or type of industry (“Optional Information”). These three types of information (Required Contact, Billing and Optional) about 3Q Gobal’s Visitors and/or Customers are referred to collectively in this Privacy Statement as “3Q Gobal Visitor/Customer Data”.
Navigation of the Company’s website(s) by Visitors/Customers may also trigger the collection of information through the use of information-gathering tools known as cookies and/or web beacons. Use of Information Collected.
The Company uses Data acquired from Visitors and/or Customers who navigate and use the 3Q Gobal’s website(s) in order to perform any services requested. For example, if a Visitor/Customer completes the “Contact Us” web form as found on the Company website(s), the Company will use the information provided to contact the individual about interest in 3Q Gobal’s Professional Services and/or Products.
The Company may also use Data acquired from Visitors and/or Customers who navigate and use the 3Q Gobal’s website(s) for marketing purposes. 3Q Gobal uses commonly used information-gathering tools, such as cookies to collect information as Visitors and/or Customers navigate the Company’s website(s) (“Navigational-Accrued Information”). This section describes the types of Navigational-Accrued Information found on the Company’s website(s) and how this information may be used.
The Company uses cookies to make interactions by Visitors and/or Customers with 3Q Gobal’s website(s) simple and productive. When Visitors and/or Customers visit the Company’s website(s), 3Q Gobal’s servers send a cookie to Visitors and/or Customers computers. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify anyone specifically; they merely recognize a Visitor and/or Customer’s web browser. 3Q Gobal uses cookies that are session-based and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during one session. They disappear from one’s computer after closing the browser software or turning off the computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after closing the browser or turning off the computer.

These cookies allow the Company to uniquely identify a 3Q Gobal Visitor and/or Customer in order to process online requests;

These cookies do not collect information that individually identifies a Visitor and/or Customer of 3Q Gobal. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and anonymous. It is only used to improve how the Company’s website functions and performs.
IP Addresses: When 3Q Gobal’s Visitors and/or Customers visit the Company’s website(s), the Company collects their Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information. For example, 3Q Gobal uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the Company’s website(s).
Social Media Features: 3Q Gobal’s website(s) may use social media features, such as links to the Company’s Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and LinkedIn pages (“Social Media Features”). These features may collect Visitors and/or Customers IP addresses and which page you are visiting on the Company’s website(s) while using the social media links to access 3Q Gobal’s specific social media Company pages, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Visitors and/or Customers may be given the option by such Social Media Features to post information about their activities on the Company’s website(s) or to the Company’s social media pages found on Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and LinkedIn, or to a profile page of Visitors and/or Customers that is provided by a third party Social Media network in order to share with others within their network. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on 3Q Gobal’s website(s). Visitors and/or Customers’ interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the relevant Social Media Features (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and/or LinkedIn).
Customer Testimonials.
3Q Gobal may post a list of Customers and testimonials on the Company’s website(s) that contain information such as Customer names and titles. 3Q Gobal would obtain the consent of each Customer prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.
Sharing of Collected Information.
3Q Gobal may share Data about 3Q Gobal’s website(s) Visitors and/or Customers with the Company’s contracted service providers so that these service providers can provide services on our behalf. Without limiting the foregoing, 3Q Gobal may also share Data about their Visitors and/or Customers with the Company’s service providers to ensure the quality of information provided, and with third-party social networking and media websites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and LinkedIn, for marketing and advertising on those websites. Unless described in this Privacy Statement, 3Q Gobal does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
In case of Visitors and/or Customers who are using any and/or all of Zoho tools or suite of applications including but not limiting to Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Web Forms, Zoho Campaign, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books and the like, 3Q Gobal may share Data with Zoho Corporation for offering the required services.
This Privacy Statement sets forth the information 3Q Gobal collects on the Company’s website(s) and the information shared with third parties. 3Q Gobal does not authorize the collection of personal information by third parties through advertising technologies deployed on the Company’s website(s), nor do we share personal information with any third parties collected from the Company’s website(s), except as provided in this Privacy Statement. Section 4 of this Privacy Statement, specifically addresses the information collected from 3Q Gobal’s Visitors and/or Customers through cookies.
3Q Gobal uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company’s behalf. 3Q Gobal reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
3Q Gobal’s Customer Data.
3Q Gobal’s Customers may electronically submit data or information for hosting, purchasing and processing purposes via 3Q Gobal’s website(s) (“Customer Data”). 3Q Gobal will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except for the purpose of providing their Professional Services, Consulting and Products, or preventing or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law.
In case of no active interaction (in form of email, call, online meeting, request for demonstration and the like) from the Visitor’s or Customer’s end for consecutive 3 years (i.e. 36 months), 3Q Gobal would permanently delete all data regarding that particular Visitor or Customer.
Procedure for 3Q Gobal’s Visitors and/or Customers to View/Correct Personal Information.
As an individual Visitor and/or Customer to the Company’s website(s), such Visitors and/or Customers may exercise their right to access the data held about themselves by this Company by submitting a request in writing to the address in Section 14 below. Although all reasonable efforts will be made to keep Visitors and/or Customers’ information updated and correct, said 3Q Gobal Visitors and/or Customers are kindly requested to inform 3Q Gobal of any change referring to the personal data held by the Company. In any case where Visitors and/or Customers consider that certain information about them is inaccurate, they may request rectification of such data via direct written correspondence to the Company address mentioned below in Section 14. 3Q Gobal’s Visitors and/or Customers also have the right to request the blocking or erasure of data that has been processed unlawfully.
Security.
To protect from unauthorized access and use the limited personal information that is collected from Visitors and/or Customers through 3Q Gobal’s website(s), 3Q Gobal performs the following security processes:
use of reasonable security procedures, including secured files, user authentication etc.;
detailed review by 3Q Gobal’s data security officers of the data security practices of any and all companies that 3Q Gobal may share even the smallest bit of Visitor and/or Customer personal information and data with;
3Q Gobal only grants access of Visitor and/or Customer personal information as acquired through 3Q Gobal’s website(s) to those within 3Q Gobal’s hierarchy who must have access to it for purposes of doing their job to provide a professional service or product to said Visitors or Customers – the margin for error is therefore minimized and security strengthened due to this limited access.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
3Q Gobal reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. The changes will be updated in the Privacy Policy page of 3Q Gobal’s website. The responsibility to check the page from time to time and keep oneself updated about the Privacy Policy rests with the Visitor and/or Customer alone.
3Q Gobal’s Visitors and/or Customers’ Consent.
By using the 3Q Gobal’s website(s) in any way, either as a casual Visitor or purchasing Customer, the use of the 3Q Gobal’s website(s) constitutes consent to the terms of this

Your Choice in Information Use
In the event we decide to use your Data for any purpose other than as stated in this Privacy Policy Statement, 3Q Gobal will offer an effective way to opt out of the use of such Personal Data for those other purposes. From time to time, 3Q Gobal may send emails to you regarding new services, releases and upcoming events. You may opt out of receiving newsletters and other secondary messages from 3Q Gobal by selecting the ‘unsubscribe’ function present in every email we send. However, you will continue to receive essential transactional emails.

Terms of our Service
We reserve the right to provide or deny services to entities based on our internal business policy framework, a copy of which shall be available to interested parties, on request.
Services shall be provided to Customers as per details in our final Proposal. Any changes or additions to the scope, if desired by the customer, shall be detailed in annexures.
A Sales order either written or verbal, followed by the initial payment shall be considered confirmation of acceptance of our Proposal to commence work as per scope.
Balance payments are payable as per scheduled milestones which would be shared with the Customer on Project Kickoff via Project Trackers or other means of communications.
Delay or non payment of scheduled payments may lead to delay or suspension of work , which if not fulfilled on time, may lead to cancellation or termination of deliverable work and forfeit of payments done for which we shall not be held responsible.
Payments made as per scheduled milestones will be considered as confirmation and acknowledgement of completed work and services rendered by us and are not eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to process refund requests to eligible customers, based on the merits of their case.
In such cases, Request for refunds shall be processed within 48 hours after receipt of a formal request from the Customer and eligibility clearance from our Due diligence Team.
We reserve the right to allow delayed or deferred payments by the customer towards services rendered by us , on receipt of a formal request tendered by the customer.
For us to successfully process such requests, the customer shall tender a formal request detailing the reasons for the delay in payments, atleast 7 days prior to the scheduled payment due date.
